The QRF program helps veterans and first responders struggling with trauma, depression, and substance abuse. Our small group approach provides personal accountability, support, and a deeper connection with others dealing with similar issues. The small group approach allows for more personalized attention and tailored support, fostering a sense of camaraderie and trust among participants. It encourages open dialogue and sharing of experiences, which can be incredibly therapeutic and validating for those involved. By working closely in these intimate settings, individuals often feel more comfortable expressing their feelings and challenges, leading to more effective healing and personal growth.

The objective is to integrate each participant into the QRF program by forming lasting relationships that will help them realize they are not alone. This will give them the assurance that QRF stands ready to support them as they improve themselves. Recognizing they are not alone can significantly reduce feelings of isolation and hopelessness often experienced by those struggling with mental health issues. It fosters a sense of belonging and community, which is essential for emotional healing and stability. Knowing that others share similar experiences and challenges can provide comfort and motivation, encouraging participants to engage actively in their recovery journey.
